AN EVENING WITH WOMEN, SUPPORTING L.A. GAY & LESBIAN CENTER

We had the pleasure of attending “An Evening With Women,” an event produced by Linda Perry to benefit the L.A. Gay & Lesbian Center. The event is one of the premiere LGBT events in Los Angeles, shining a spotlight on lesbians and bisexual women and their allies. Hosted by Kathy Griffin, the evening consisted of a cocktail reception, dinner, auction and performances by some of the biggest names in the industry at The Beverly Hilton Hotel.

MADONNA'S "FASHION EVOLUTION"  SHOWCASES TOP CAREER STYLES & NEW MACY'S MATERIAL GIRL LINE

Being a HUGE Madonna fan, I was thrilled when I heard that her Material Girl Collection at Macy’s would be hosting a Pop-Up Exhibit featuring iconic costumes that the singer has worn throughout her career. Die-hard fans stood in a line wrapped around the corner at Century City Mall waiting to see the exhibit, and celebrities couldn't wait to walk the pink carpet to attend this event.

TEAM TRUE BEAUTY- EMPOWERING FROM WITHIN

This weekend we attended the Team True Beauty “Empowering From Within” Panel Event. Founded by Brittany Miller (President) and Meriam Bouarrouj (Vice-President), Team True Beauty is an organization that encourages people to use their voices and believe in their worth and purpose. They also raise further awareness on the dangers of eating disorders and promote healthy body images.

BUTTONS & BOWS CELEBRATES 1 YEAR OF FASHION IN DTLA

I can’t believe that it was a year ago that designer consignment boutique, Buttons and Bows opened their doors in downtown L.A. Karen Marley (Bob Marley's daughter) and Monique Aquino have had great success over the past year and Buttons and Bows has become a popular destination to shop in the fashion district. They decided to celebrate that success with an invite-only party for their loyal customers and supporters.

One of the best Oscar Awards viewing parties in Los Angeles is the Annual Night of 100 Stars Gala presented by Norby Walters. This year we celebrated 23 years of bringing together TV and Film stars to watch the Oscars in style over a formal sit-down dinner in the Crystal Ballroom at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
