Last week, fashion designer, Octavio Carlin opened the doors to his new boutique located in Los Angeles at 309 N. Kings Rd. near the Beverly Center. To celebrate the grand opening, the designer held a private and intimate gathering where invited guests were able to see the clothing up close and interact with Octavio personally.

Creative Visions Foundation (CVF) hosted the “Turn On LA” event to honor the accomplishments of activists, photographers, writers, filmmakers and other industry leaders that use media to help raise awareness about social change with goals of changing the world around us.
