Catapulting yourself to the very top of your game, followed by a long fall from grace has remained a story as old as time. Yet when one of the most creative minds of the 20th century is indicted for murder, it’s still a tough pill to swallow. The word “genius” is often thrown around, and it has followed the name of Phil Spector for over 50 years.
Stoker would make for one of the best films of 2013, provided you don’t like to ask any kind of questions about character development or are easily distracted by a non-linear flow of thought. Chan-Wook Park’s Stoker has a lot of potential, but in the end, it rather falls short.

However, even before getting to their destination, we see former Disney queens smoking out of bongs and robbing a restaurant with squirt guns.
WWE films have certainly come a long way since The Condemned and See No Evil. Incorporating director Brad Anderson and stars like Abigail Breslin and Halle Berry, the studio has created a truly solid suspense film.
I am usually not a diehard fan of musicals. But, Hunky Dory had me intrigued by its song choices- artists like David Bowie, The Beach Boys, Elo, and The Byrds- so I decided to give it a chance! The result? A mix of Glee meets High School Musical, with a definitve 70s spin!
